Real Estate Photography and Video FAQ

Which areas do you cover?
I’m based in Southam and cover Warwickshire, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Banbury, Rugby and nearby areas. I’m happy to travel further if needed.

What types of properties do you photograph?
I work with estate agents, landlords, developers and holiday-let owners to photograph homes, commercial spaces and new builds.

Do you offer both photography and video?
Yes. You can book stills, video tours, walk-through films and drone footage depending on what you need.

How long does a typical shoot take?
Most standard homes take around an hour. Larger or more complex properties may need longer, especially if video or drone work is included.

What do you deliver after the shoot?
You receive a full set of edited images showing key rooms, wide angles, exterior views and detail shots. Video is supplied fully edited and ready for websites or listings.

Do you edit the images?
Yes. All images are colour-corrected and straightened, with attention to natural light and clean lines so the property looks accurate and inviting.

Can you work to an agent’s shot list or specific brief?
Yes. If you have particular angles or rooms to prioritise, I can follow your brief exactly.

How soon will we receive the files?
Most real estate galleries are delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Video may take slightly longer, but I keep turnaround times tight for active listings.

Do you offer floor plans as well?
Yes. Floor plans can be added to any booking.

How should the property be prepared?
Clear surfaces, tidy rooms and open blinds help the photos look their best. I can send a short prep guide if needed.
