Music Teachers’ Association National Conference.

Coverage of any major conference is a joy, meeting so many people with similar interests. This is an example of a teachers’ conference in Oxfordshire in 2022. Jaguar Land Rover Internal Event.

I was fortunate to be asked to help out at an internal event for Jaguar Land Rover as the held a conference to launch a new strategy within the company. This corporate event was held in a large auditorium, followed by lunch for attendees and a smaller work space to facilitate discussion about the focus of the day.

University Safety & Health Association National Fire Conference 2022.

A fantastic experience photographing the national conference for UK Universities for their fire safety. The event was held in The Shard, London, and brought professionals from all over the UK to discuss progress over the past year and new developments in the field on the horizon.

Children’s Liver Disease Foundation Breakaway Day.

CLDF have asked me twice now to photograph their breakaway trips for wonderfully brave children who have undergone liver disease treatment. Both days involved shelter building and outdoor activities with children and experts.

Which types of events do you cover?
I photograph corporate events, celebrations, charity evenings, sports, awards, community events and festivals.

Which areas do you cover?
I’m based in Southam and work across Warwickshire, Leamington Spa, Rugby, Banbury, Warwick and the wider Midlands. But I am happy to travel across the UK.

Do you offer video highlight reels?
Yes. I can provide a short highlights video alongside your event photography.

How many images will we receive?
It depends on the length of the event, but you can usually expect a large set of edited images capturing key moments, people and atmosphere.

Do you need a shot list?
It’s helpful, but not essential. I’m used to working with organisers to capture everything that matters.

How long does delivery take?
Photos are normally ready within a few days. If you need social media images on the day, I can supply them.

Can you cover multi-location or multi-day events?
Yes. I can tailor a package for conferences, festivals or longer projects.

Are you insured?
Yes. I’m fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity.
